  • Alexa Hasman

Alexa first found Baby Boot Camp when she became pregnant with her daughter, Madisyn. She was looking for a fun workout class where she could connect with other moms and she found it at Baby Boot Camp! She absolutely loved the great workout and really felt a sense of community amongst the moms. With a long history of competitive sports training and personal training, Alexa knew that she wanted to help other moms get and stay in shape. She loved the fact that she could bring her daughter to work and Madisyn could be social while mom sweated it out with the other mamas. Alexa also just welcomed her son, Ari, in June and he is already a Baby Boot Camp pro!

Alexa has a Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition from National Personal Training Institute as well as an AFAA Group Exercise Certification. • Beth Conti

After having her first child, Beth struggled to find a way to meet other moms. None of her friends or immediate family had children. She found herself on meetup.com looking for a group to join and immediately focused in on Baby Boot Camp. An avid fitness and health person since her teen years, Beth thought this would be a great fit! Meeting other moms with young children AND getting a workout in? No brainer! It only took one class and Beth was hooked. About a year into being apart of the Baby Boot Camp Southwest Portland group, Beth decided to quit her career in Accounting to become a full-time stay at home mom and an Instructor! She became certified through AFAA and is certified in prenatal and postpartum fitness. Staying active and fit and helping moms of all fitness levels do the same, is such a rewarding experience. Beth has a competitive background in dance, running, and cycling. She also does yoga for stress relief and stretching, and truly loves the boot camp style of fitness.

  • Nikki Mueller

Nikki Mueller found an unexpected love for fitness after reaching a crossroads in her 20’s and gaining weight leading a fairly sedentary lifestyle. Stuck in a rut and looking for motivation, she joined a gym and lost 80 lbs through healthy eating and exercise. She discovered a love for running and began doing marathons, half marathons, and other distances while also remaining active in cycle classes, “boot camp” style exercise classes, and weight training at the gym.

When she found Baby Boot Camp, she knew she needed to look no further. Nikki credits Baby Boot Camp with getting her back in shape as well as providing a good example for her kids and finding a wonderful network of amazing women who go through many of the same struggles she has faced. She became an instructor because she wants to inspire people the way they have inspired her daily, and she truly loves the environment that Baby Boot Camp provides.
